ABSTRACT TEST

Dragnet's Abstract reasoning test comprises 16 questions. You will have 16 minutes in which to correctly answer as many as you can.

In each question you will be presented with a logical sequence of six figures. You will need to determine which of the possible answers best matches the next figure in the sequence, or replaces a missing figure in the sequence.

You will have to work quickly and accurately to perform well in this test. It is recommended to keep working until the time limit is up.

The abstract reasoning test is also called the conceptual reasoning test. It measures your lateral thinking skills or fluid intelligence, which are your ability to quickly identify patterns, logical rules and trends in new data, integrate this information, and apply it to solve problems. It measures what most people would refer to as ‘ street smarts’ and the ability to ‘think on your feet’.
